Design
This combination undergarment is cut from seven pattern pieces. The camisole front has a shaped dart running to a point beneath the arm for a close fit, joined to the camisole back at the sides, with self-fabric shoulder straps tacked at front and back. The circular drawers are cut in front and back sections with matching underfacings, closed at the left seam, center seam, and side seam, then sewn to the camisole where they meet in a pointed outline at the join - giving the whole piece the look of a single soft, flared-leg garment rather than two separate pieces.
