Design

McCall 2057 is an "Instant" cut pattern - printed as a single one-piece sheet, pinned directly to fabric per the cutting layout rather than cut along traditional printed lines. View A is a simple rickrack-trimmed dress with an embroidered underruffle; View B adds a lace-edged contrast apron over the same dress. View C is a fuller party dress with a crinoline-stiffened, lace-trimmed hat, worn over a matching petticoat and panties finished in ruffling and rickrack. View D is a shortie nightgown and panties trimmed in lace, with elastic thread at the waist. View E is a Red Cross nurse uniform - a dress and cap paired with a lined cape closing with a red cross appliqué. View F is a quilted or fabric garment bag with a zipper closure and wire hangers, for storing the wardrobe. Views A and B share cutting yardage; embroidery notions and trims are listed by view.
