Design

This is a full four-view Centennial wardrobe pattern for 10½" high heel figure dolls, cut in twenty-one pieces. View A is a dramatically full ball gown with a fitted bodice, worn with a matching bonnet trimmed with a small flower spray and plume, and finished with a fur stole and muff. View B pairs a fitted dress trimmed in lace and velvet ribbon with a lined, fur-trimmed hooded cape. View C is a floral nightgown with a yoke and ruffled hem, worn with a matching floral bonnet, and View D rounds out the wardrobe with a ruffled petticoat and matching pantalets. This wardrobe was released as part of McCall's matching mother-and-doll Centennial line for 1960, timed alongside the company's misses' Centennial Costume pattern, McCall's 2403, so a girl could stitch a matching ball gown for her own high heel doll.
