These are from the design house of Laura Wheeler.  Like Alice Brooks these were ordered from newspaper ads and sent to you by mail.  This is dated 1940 on the instructions portion of the transfer so we can feel great about the date.  

The condition is great.  It comes to you Factory Folded and Unused.  The original owner did write the pattern number on the edge of the transfer.  
Transfer pattern is printed on one large, UNCUT,  hot iron transfer sheet.
