We dated it by finding it in our collection of catalogs and I believe this catalog is from about 1916. The picture is here for reference and is not included in the sale. The design is classic and the condition could not be better.
The transfer itself looks like it just came home from the store The envelope is really nice for the age of the piece, only showing a little soil and edge wear. The transfer is pristine.
