Design
Pattern 2879 closes at the back and is finished with a round neck and separate collar, or - by cutting along a marked perforation line - a plain square neck without one. The one-piece sleeve runs full length and can likewise be shortened at a perforation line. The one-piece skirt is straight and gathered to the waist, set with a pair of outstanding patch-style side pockets for a practical, everyday finish. Eight pattern pieces in all.
