This is a sweetie of a vintage transfer. This Laura Wheeler   transfer is from the 1930s but was probably sold in the 1940s as well.  It is dated 1939.
This is uncut, unused and in great shape.  The instruction section recommends that these can  be used on

Cloths
Napkins
Pillowcases
Towel Ends
Vanity Sets
Tray Cloths and other linens..
