Design
Pattern 3327 is a full wardrobe of finishing pieces in a single ten-piece envelope, built around the era's love of the layered, guimpe-under-jumper look. The sleeveless waistcoat can be worn plain or with its own attached collar, while the guimpe blouse offers a choice of long sleeves with a button front or a softer tucked treatment in either sleeve length. A separate belt and tie trim round out the set, letting one envelope dress up (or simplify) any number of dresses and jumpers already in a woman's wardrobe.

Pattern 3327 was featured by name in the November 1921 issue of The Ladies' Home Journal, in a "Neckwear for Christmas Gifts" feature alongside companion Pattern 3325 — the article specifically credits it as including "the white organdie guimpe" and a hemstitched, beaded waistcoat, positioned as a smart, budget-friendly way to refresh an existing wardrobe for the holidays. It also appears in Vintage4me2's own 1924 Ladies' Home Journal catalog holdings, suggesting it remained a popular seller for several seasons.
