"In the photograph below at the right, Miss Pickford has removed the overdress of her blue silk evening gown, so that we may see the slip of silver cloth, with sleeves and hem of silver lace, which she wears beneath it. A two-part frock of this sort is well suited to the needs and tastes of the modern girl. This slip, for which there is pattern No. 3129, is very lovely under any transparent frock."
